A new apartment complex consisting of 21 apartments located in the Giffre Valley surrounded by the 7 mountains of Le Grand Massif and close to the picturesque town of Samoëns.
Summer: hiking, swimming, mountain biking, rafting, canyoning, paragliding, city trips to Annecy/Geneva.
Winter: skiing (265 km), cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, paragliding, ice skating.
The apartment
Stay in a new and fully equipped apartment of 70m2.

Location
Residence Le Sept consists of 21 apartments located in l’Etelly, part of the municipality of Samoëns. The complex was completed in March 2023.
It is located between the village of Morillon (1 km) and Samoëns (3 km).

Two beautiful mountain lakes, Lac Blue and Lac aux Dame are both at a 20 minutes walk or an 8 minutes bike ride through the forest. Here you will find plenty of activities such as swimming, fishing, wipe-out, climbing forest, driving range for golf, swimming pool, tennis courts, playgrounds etc. There are also various hiking and (mountain) biking possibilities from the Residence itself or in the immediate surroundings in protected nature reserves.
There is a ski bus stop right in front of the apartment complex.

In 1 to 3 stops you are at one of the 3 gondolas (Morillon, Vercland, Samoëns) which all give access to the 265 km ski area.

Hi, we are the Kooijman family. Father Niels, mother Mariëlle and our 2 daughters Roos and Julie. We live in the Netherlands and our dream has always been our own place in the mountains. We enjoy the mountains all year round. From skiing to hiking, rafting, mountain biking or swimming in one of the lakes. We hope our guests will enjoy the area and find relaxation in the house as much as we do.
